This is to bring to your notice that certain fake websites (such as moviestart.net) are carrying out a scam by using the goodwill, identity and reputation of brands “Cinestaan” and “Cinestaan AA”. They also have presence on and social media channels such as Telegram. The said websites, social media accounts, etc. contain details from the Cinestaan Group’s official website and are impersonating as official representatives of the Cinestaan Group in order to deceive the public. Please note that only www.cinestaanfilmcompany.com and www.cinestaan.com are sites that are under the control of the Cinestaan Group. The said fraudulent websites, applications, profiles, accounts are not connected/affiliated/owned/managed/operated by the Cinestaan Group in any way.

For the sake of awareness and security, Cinestaan Group strongly advises the public at large to exercise utmost caution and refrain from involving themselves in any dealings with such unscrupulous and fraudulent websites, or any fake online/ social media account(s) that claim to be operating schemes using our brand names. Cinestaan Group does not undertake business or solicit funds through its any such medium.

Please further note that on 1 st March, 2023, Cinestaan Group has reported such illegal activities to the Cyber Crime Police Station, South Delhi and our complaint has been registered. The Cyber Crime Cell, South Delhi is investigating these fraudulent incidents. It is hereby clarified that Cinestaan Group will not be responsible for the commission of any offence(s) or liabilities, arising in relation to use of such websites and any other online/ social media accounts.
